Alabama Property & Estate Law, LLC
Most people only deal with an estate plan, a property dispute, or a probate matter once or twice in their lives. When that moment comes, what they need most isn't legal complexity — it's clarity, a steady hand, and someone who will take the time to actually listen.
Alabama Property & Estate Law, LLC is a Huntsville firm built around that idea. We focus on property, estate planning, and real estate law — the legal matters that touch what families have worked hardest to build. We don't spread ourselves across dozens of practice areas. We do this one thing, and we do it well.
We explain everything in plain English. We return your calls. And wherever you are in life — planning ahead, navigating a loss, or protecting what you've built — we're here to help you move forward with confidence.
Call us at 256-489-0038 to schedule a consultation. We serve Huntsville, Madison County, and the surrounding North Alabama community.
