OUR STORY

Alabama Property & Estate Law, LLC was founded in 2025 by William V. Burkett, a Huntsville native, and Thomas A. Bailey. Together, they created the firm to help North Alabama families and property owners navigate the legal matters that matter most.

The firm grew out of a simple conviction: people dealing with estate planning, property disputes, real estate closings, or probate deserve straightforward answers and faithful guidance—not confusion, delays, or legal jargon that leaves them more uncertain than when they started.

William and Thomas bring complementary experience in estate planning, real estate, and title matters. By combining their skills, they are able to provide attentive, knowledgeable service to clients throughout Huntsville, Madison County, Limestone County, and the broader North Alabama community.
