Burkett, a Huntsville native and graduate of Cumberland Law School. He grew up working in his family's small business learning early how to serve people and solve problems. William began his legal career by helping clients navigate property, probate, and civil matters, and remains in good standing with the Alabama State Bar. He founded Alabama Property & Estate Law, LLC in 2025 to offer straightforward support to families and property owners who need clear answers and practical solutions to legal issues. 

The firm handles real estate, probate, estate planning, evictions, and business formation. We assist clients from all walks of life, but we concentrate on serving those who own, invest in, or develop real estate. We represent clients in real estate litigation involving boundary disputes and title issues. We regularly represent families who are dealing with the sale of heir property.
